DAY ONE

Unfortunately our first day on Ramsgate beach was cancelled due to the rain and lack of people. Obviously the miserable weather encouraged everyone to hit the malls or stay at home. Let's see how tomorrow goes.

DAY TWO

The Mr Mini Coca Cola was a lot of fun. All the guys who entered had great smiles, "big" muscles and enthusiasm. The winner was all the way from Pretoria, Sean Kotze. The volleyball was definitely won by the best team on the field, Thaba team beating Amakhosi 15 - 7 in the final. A real highlight of the day was without a doubt the Ramsgate's Got Talent, where the crowd was blown away with song, dance and even a gymnastic performance. Because of the close competition, the judges decided to award three prizes to - an in-genius rap from James Bland, an electric break-dance from Breyten and a show stopping acapella solo from Donnay.

DAY THREE

The last day of tour was very chilled with only a few people. We had to cancel the Miss Mini Coca Cola due to a lack of contestants, but the Volleyball was on the go where the Sharks beat the Other guys in an extremely close final, 15 - 13. Looks like they can play more than just rugby. Four mixed teams of young and old, male and female were involved in the Tug of war - where the Eagles walked away as the champions. The final event of today's programme and the entire beach tour was the Mini-Cricket challenge where the Heavy O's went up head-to-head against the Puma's. The Puma's batted first, making only 12 runs - which resulted in the Heavy O's winning the match by 3 wickets.

It's been a truly magnificent tour with great attitudes and enthusiasm from everybody. Look out for the next upcoming tours featuring on a beach near you...
